PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tonneau cover device capable of enhancing the cargo storage property. SOLUTION: The tonneau cover device to cover a cargo bed part 19 in a rear part of a cabin comprises a tonneau cover 23 flexible in the longitudinal direction of a vehicle, a pair of right and left guide rails 24 which are mounted on side walls in the cabin to retain both ends of the tonneau cover 23, and a driving means to support the tonneau cover 23 by the guide rails 24 and drive it. Each guide rail 24 comprises a belt line part rail 24A extending to a belt line above the cargo bed part 19, a below-floor rail 24B arranged below a floor part to form the cargo bed part floor 12, and an elevating/lowering rail 24C to connect the belt line part rail 24A to the below-floor rail 24B on the forward side of the vehicle.
