PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for examination easily carrying out examination of Noonan syndrome or leukaemia. SOLUTION: The invention relates to the method comprising a culture process culturing lymphoid cells obtained from human body of the test subject, a dissolving process dissolving the lymphoid cells cultured in the culture process, a precipitation process precipitating the tyrosine phosphatase (SHP-2) obtained in the dissolving process through immunoprecipitation by an anti-SHP-2 antibody, a reaction process reacting an immunoprecipitate obtained in the precipitation process with a phosphorilated peptide which is a substrate, and an analyzing process analyzing the amount of phosphoric acid liberated by the reaction process, and the examination of Noonan syndrome or leukaemia is carried out by using the result of the analysis.
