PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground leveling rotor capable of being easily assembled and mounted on a fulcrum shaft. SOLUTION: This ground leveling rotor is structured so that two or more ground leveling rotor pieces 36, 48, in which two or more ground leveling members 37 for scraping a surface of a cultivated field in accordance with rotation around the fulcrum shaft 14 as a shaft center are together joined by joining members 38, are together joined, so as to form a cage shape as a whole by using the fulcrum shaft 14 as a center, and then integrally mounted on the fulcrum shaft 14 by joining and fastening members 44 for composing the ground leveling rotor. Further, the concave part 51 and a convex part 49 for fastening each of the ground leveling rotor pieces 48 in such a manner as to make the pieces formed into the cage shape as a whole are arranged on the joining member 38 of each of the ground leveling rotor pieces 48.
