The device has a lock bolt extending along an edge of a leaf opposite to articulations. The bolt has a cylindrical rod (4) with a sliding tubular sleeve (7) wedged in rotation on the rod and equipped with a pin (8). The sleeve slides along the rod between two positions, where the pin cooperates and not cooperates with a stop (16) of a door frame, respectively. A sealing device is arranged between the leaf and the frame.
