<p>Electricity meter has a controlling microcomputer that can be switched between a diagnostic service mode and operating, i.e. metering mode. The microcomputer includes means for determining whether the lead sealing element is in a locked position. If the lead sealing element is in its locked position the computer switches to operating mode, while if it is unlocked, it changes over to service mode.</p> |
