The device (18) is placed at an entrance of an automotive assembly plant and includes an isolation zone (20) along a vehicle passage (12). Two stops (26, 28) block the passage and define the zone between them. The stops are movable between a retracted position and a passage blocking position. Guiding units (40) guides a vehicle (16) in the isolation zone. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) an automotive assembly plant having an anti-collision device (B) a method for anti-collision of a vehicle for an automotive assembly plant.
