A method for clarifying a fluid such as an exhaust gas or a wastewater, which comprises providing one or more static mixers in the passage route of the fluid, to mix and react the fluid with a clarifying agent such as ozone, thereby clarifying the fluid. The method allows the clarification of a fluid such as an exhaust gas or a wastewater with significantly good efficiency, and also allows the simplification of an apparatus for use in the clarification and the markedly reduction of the cost required for the clarification. |
