<p>The device has two independent staffs (30, 31) connected by elastic positioning units constituted by springs (32). A lever (60) locks an alarm bell driving device and an hour keystroke device that include a keystroke wheel (608). The springs permit simultaneous rotation of the staffs as well as wheels (3001, 3104, 3105) or pinions (706, 906) carried by staffs along a rotational direction.
