The mechanism has first and second promoter located downstream with loading device and laterally adjustable guiding device (25,26) with guidance arrangement for guiding longitudinal axis after which printed products (6) are aligned along guidance arrangement. Guidance arrangement is fitted adjustably with longitudinal axis which is transverse to promotion direction of printed product.
