PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure control valve capable of improving a flow rate characteristic without using a siphon tube for a feed-back passage connecting the secondary side port of a passage to a feedback room. SOLUTION: In order to allow the secondary side pressure outputted from a secondary side port 4 to approach a set pressure, deterioration in the pressure sensitivity of a valve body 7 is reduced by holding the inner pressure of the feedback room 25 at a level lower than that of the port 4. In this embodiment, a level difference is formed on a passage 2 by forming a projection part 37 on the immediate upstream side of an aperture part 27a of the passage 27 connected to the room 25 to generate negative pressure around the aperture part 27a. Thereby the inner pressure of the room 25 can be reduced lower than the secondary side pressure without using a ciphon tube. Since a rectifying filter 38 is arranged on the downstream side of the level difference, pulsations of fluid which may easily occur under negative pressure can be prevented.
|
