A dual-ovenable tray (102) useful for supporting a food product (66). The tray (102) comprises a sheet having first and second layers comprising one or more polyamides. The first layer of the sheet forms the tray inside surface (114). Where the first layer has a melting point, the second layer has a melting point of at least about 210 DEG C and at least 20 DEG C greater than the melting point of the first layer. Where the first layer has a glass transition temperature of less than about 120 DEG C measured at a 50% relative humidity, the second layer has a melting point of at least about 210 DEG C.
