FIELD: metallurgy industry; foundry production; models of the screen for production of the castings based on the consumable patterns. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of the foundry production, in particular, to the castings based on the consumable patterns. The model of the screen contains the plate with the cylindrical pinholes arranged in respect to the center of the plate in two concentric rows, in each concentric row the quantity of the made holes is equal, the holes of the second row are arranged with the angular shift in respect to the holes of the first row equal to alpha = 360°/2n, where n is the number of the hole in the row. At that the thickness of the ribs formed by the lateral surfaces of the cylindrical holes of the first row and the second row compounds 0.3 - 2 mm. The invention allows producing the castings without the slag and oxide inclusions. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures production of the castings without the slag and oxide inclusions. ^ 2 dwg |
