FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with efferent ways of therapy and could be applied for preventing severe forms of gestoses. So, females in case of detected endotoxicosis at the terms of 20-24 wk-long pregnancy should undergo the course of carbohemosorption consisted of 2 procedures. The duration of such a procedure corresponds to about 60-90 min. The innovation prevents the development of severe complications of pregnancy (gestoses) at early terms, on finishing the processes of fetal organo- and histogenesis and, correspondingly, prolongs pregnancy till the terms of fetal viability due to matching optimal terms for carrying out the course of carbohemosorption that, also, decreases medicinal loading in high-risk group of females. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of prophylaxis. ^ 2 ex |
