FIELD: medical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has cylinder fillable with liquid and cap for closing outlet end of the cylinder. The first arresting mechanism is available on external cylinder surface cover w the cap. The second arresting members engageable with the first one are available on the internal lateral cap surface. Several second-type arresting members are available on the cap surface. They are arranged in circle on the internal surface of the lateral cap wall.
