FIELD: alcohol production; methods of the distillery dreg processing. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of alcohol production. The method of the distillery dreg processing consists in mixing of the distillery dreg with a lime at the temperature of 80-85°C, neutralization of the by-products of fermentation at pH 9.0-9.5 and the temperature of 75-80°C, filtration, vacuumization at the temperature of 85-90°C and at the steam pressure of 100-150 mmHg and pH of the mediums of 9.0-9.5, withdrawal of the light cut fraction, filtration of the still residue of the distillery dreg, oxidation of the light cut fraction, babbling, adsorption at the temperature of 25-30°C, regeneration of the adsorbent by the direct steam.
