FIELD: medicine, stomatology. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves administration of biomaterial by injection into a connecting fold of maxilla and mandible wherein strain of human embryo pulmonary diploid cells (LECH-4(81)) is used a suspension. Treatment involves carrying out course with 5-7 procedures, 1-3 times per a week in the dose from 500-700000 1oooooo cells depending on age: 500000 cells per a procedure in age from 19 to 25 years; 750000 cells per a procedure in age from 25 to 30 years; 1000000 cells per a procedure in age from 30 to 60 years. Method provides activating the reparation processes of inflammatory-destructive injuries based on normalization of the immune homeostasis in the mouth cavity of patient. Invention can be used in treatment of inflammatory diseases of parodontium. ^ EFFECT: improved method of treatment.
