FIELD: medicine; traumatology. ^ SUBSTANCE: joint is accessed by osteoperiosteal fasciocutaneous flap of internal shin bone distal metaepiphysis to internal anklebone. Flap is taken away to medial side. Ankle articular surfaces are dissected through formed window. Periosteum is detached by anterior shin bone parent bed in parallel to shin bone cortex incision by distance equal to clearance between ankle bone between and medial malleolus. Wedge resection implies incision of cortex with detached periosteum. Foot is functionally favourably positioned. Cut osteoperiosteal fasciocutaneous flap is put back to parent bed and fixed with support-pointed pins of counter-lateral compression prior to contact of medial malleolus and ankle bone. ^ EFFECT: method provides maximum contact of jointed and reduces risk of damage of neurovascular beams. ^ 1 ex, 6 dwg
