FIELD: veterinary science. ^ SUBSTANCE: the suggested biotom consists of a body, an external tube, a spring and a detachable head, the tube is connected with the help of a sleeve with a syringe for injections that creates closed vacuum system in a working chamber. Inside this tube there is a plunger with a splitter at its end. The spring is pressed to a plunger's cock and placed with possibility to operate after cock's coming out of the groove. A plastic head covers a proximal end of the tube. Working chamber has got a sampling foramen and a cavity for the samples of uterine wall. The cavity is developed with tube's walls, a splitter and a plastic head. As a result, the suggested biotom provides multiple aseptic obtaining the samples of mucous and muscular uterine membranes in cows at single introduction into reproductive organs. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 1 cl,2 dwg |
