FIELD: plastic working of metals, namely metal strengthening during working process. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of deforming blank in vertical and horizontal ducts while moving blank end pushed by means of plastic material in horizontal duct. Pushing effort is regulated by changing resistance of plastic material against deforming it due to heating and cooling plastic material. Plastic material flows out of horizontal duct outlet stepwise at different values of cross section surface area. ^ EFFECT: enhanced quality of blanks, lowered labor consumption for regulating blank pushing effort. ^ 3 cl |
