FIELD: the invention refers to radiolocation and may be used for determination of the angle position of targets at multibeam propagation of a signal reflected from the target particularly in a surface three-coordinate radar station of circular survey of the metric diapason of radio waves with a phase amplitude radar. ^ SUBSTANCE: for achieving the indicated result the received by an antenna array signals are fed from the receivers after digitization and phase-amplitude in a self-tuning mode correction of receiving channels through optimal to compression filters in relation to an emitted signal on the inputs of the arrangement of forming elevation channels by way of discrete Furrier transformation for creating in each of them of succession out of complex electric signals and their sum in accordance with receiving channels after multiplication of input signals on complex coefficients. At that the coefficients are determined with attraction of a priori information about the overfalls of heights of the surface relief containing in digital terrain maps, and the signals subjected in elevation channels of spatial filtration to amplitude detecting and incoherent processing are fed on the inputs of the selecting arrangement of maximum response on the received signal of the antenna pattern of the antenna array scanning along the angle of place in conditions of crisp scanning with the antenna beam in vertical plane for determination of the position angle. ^ EFFECT: increases accuracy of measuring of the position angle of targets and relation signal-noise. ^ 2 cl, 13 dwg, 1 tbl
