FIELD: pharmacological chemistry, medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to new water soluble antiviral agent based on silver compound with cystine of formula C6H19N4O6S2LiAg2 as well as method for production the same. Claimed agent is synthesized at room temperature by mixing of cystine, lithium hydroxide, silver nitrate, and ammonia in molar ratio of 1:2:2:8. Reaction mixture is held at room temperature for 6 h then boiled down in vacuum up to 1/4 of original volume at 40-50°C. equivalent amount of ethanol is added to obtained suspension, mixture is cooled to +4-+6°C and held for 12 hours. Obtained target product in form of yellow fine precipitate is filtered, washed with ethanol and dried in vacuum at room temperature. ^ EFFECT: new antiviral agent. ^ 2 cl, 4 tbl |
