FIELD: medicinal equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with tenolysis operation of carpal tendons. The suggested tendinous raspatory consists of a working part, a handle, a groove-like rod and a cutting edge that takes three fourth of the circumference. Working part is designed as a tube with a slot of 81/4 of circumference for putting on the tendon. The slot is steadily transformed into rod's groove. The rod has a curvature according to the shape of physiological curvature of tendinous sheath. As a result, it is possible to carry out simultaneous tenolysis without changing raspatories and exclude the damage of surrounding tissues due to the instrument's self-centering in the space between the walls of tendinous sheath and tendon itself. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 1 cl, 4 dwg, 1 ex |
