FIELD: agriculture, namely apparatuses for shearing animals. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes housing with electric motor, cone-ball variable-speed drive having yoke arranged in two ball sleeves, driving and driven cones with three balls; flexible lever with stem for controlling position of balls. Stem is turned to variable-speed drive for joining with it.
