Described herein is a snack food based on dehydrated beef which main purpose is to obtain a product including ingredients never used in the manufacture of snacks. The inventive snack is characterized in that it comprises lean beef which combined with other ingredients may vary its flavour such as lemon, onion, garlic, or natural flavour amongst others, for satisfying the most exigent tastes. |
