#CMT# #/CMT# The device has a data programming unit to program data, and presented under the form of a software environment. The data is transmitted to an automaton that is designed to interpret the data so that the data are executed by a machine. A user interface to control the automaton integrates the environment and the automaton. A backlighted flat color screen displays the data. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used in industrial robotic field and in industry of plastification and gripping of product at output of a press to be injected, for controlling a variable size manufacturing line to control digital or sequential machine, robot and peri-robotic device on the manufacturing line. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The user interface to control the automaton integrates the software environment and the automaton, thus permitting to improve data transfer time, so that modifications and execution of the data can be carried out in real time, and hence permitting to optimize manufacturing cycles by on site programming. The device is easy to use and implement and is inexpensive, so that it is compatible with all type of automaton. The integration of the software environment in the user interface permits to program and modify all or part of the data, before and after manufacturing cycle, so that the data are executed in real time. The integration of the automaton in the user interface permits to facilitate the design of the automaton, thus permitting to avoid utilization of complex and expensive cards as well as wired connections between the automaton and variators.
