An angular position sensor communicates with a control system that controls the rotation angle of a revolving seat. The seat is supported over a platform by a tubular frame having a central space for arranging hydraulic, electrical and electronic units necessary for communicating the front portion with the back. The revolving seat can rotate 360 degrees. When upset, the seat can maintain its position until a 270-degree rotation due to a counterbalance in the lower portion. The seat will give way beyond the 270-degree limit.
