ROLL TYPE GASKET OF A LCD PANEL AND A METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THEREOF

A roll-type gasket of LCD panel and a method of manufacturing thereof are disclosed. A gasket wound in a rolling manner for adhering to the LCD panel is provided. The gasket is composed of a shielding layer, a vibration-absorbing layer adhered below the shielding layer, and a adhesive layer adhered between the shielding layer and the vibration-absorbing layer. The method of manufacturing the roll-type gasket of a LCD panel includes the steps of: adhering the adhesive layer on the vibration-absorbing layer; adhering the shielding layer on the adhesive layer for manufacturing the raw gasket material; cutting the raw gasket material to a certain width; and winding the cut gaskets in a shape of a roll, respectively. Thus, the production property is increased and is easy to automated. Besides, the gasket has an excellent light-shielding property and vibration-absorbing characteristic.
