Proposed machine contains intake working member equipped with raking screws 10 and 11 installed to overlap width of open-top car, and device for transportation of loose to by-rail stores, made in form of L-shaped pneumatic drive secured on extensible column secured on carriage of slewing platform 5 of pneumatic wheel or crawler truck 6. shafts of raking screws 10 11 with drives are secured on brackets of pneumatic drive vertical section 7. screw surfaces of raking screws are arranged eccentrically on shaft. Screws are provided with baffles.
