FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves applying spectacle lenses. Fresnel prism of permanent action is set on the internal side of the spectacle lens before the healthy eye. The spectacles are advised for carrying every day at least for 2 h. The total treatment course is 7-10 days long. The total treatment course is 9-12 months long. Prism force is reduced depending on disease dynamics to residual secondary squint angle compensation.
