FIELD: medicine, coloproctology. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should apply a clamp-like cooled implant on the middle of a loop-type colostoma's calcar to be kept till fixation, the clamp is designed out of fusion of "shape-memory" effect. Either simultaneously or after implant's detachment it is necessary to perform infrared photocoagulation of skin-mucosal transition of stromal ring in case of local infiltration anesthesia.
