The production of a complete monolithic aluminum structure consists of: (a) preparing an aluminum alloy plate with a fixed thickness; (b) forming this plate to obtain a structure with a shape fixed in advance; (c) submitting this structure to a heat treatment; (d) possibly machining the structure to obtain the complete monolithic aluminum structure.
