FIELD: ice breaking technology and cleaning water basins. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device is just submarine vessel running under ice at resonance speed and exciting resonance flexural gravitational waves. Pumps mounted in fore extremity of vessel in vertical plane perpendicular to ship's CL over entire perimeter of her hull are used for discharge of water found between outer and pressure hulls overboard in radial direction relative to axis of symmetry of pressure hull. During operation of pumps pressure in fore extremity increases, thus increasing height of flexural gravitational waves. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of ice breaking due to increased height of flexural gravitational waves. ^ 2 dwg
