FIELD: transportation. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding a continuous stretched element from a feeder for laying the stretched element on an assembly base through application of feeding pressure inside the feeder. The base is rotated around its geometrical axis, so that the stretched element is distributed along the circle of the base. The stretched element is formed near coils laid in a pre-assigned stratification order. The stratification order depends on the given configuration of the cross section of the profile. The feeder has an extrusion type screw, gear pump and outlet cap. After making the component, the stage of feeding the stretched element is stopped and backpressure is applied inside the feeder. During application of back pressure, the gear pump rotates in the opposite direction to the rotation during the feeding stage. The invention allows for obtaining given components of tyres by laying a continuous stretched element from elastomer material on toroidal base. ^ EFFECT: due to application of backpressure, high stability of parameters of extruded product is attained. ^ 14 cl, 4 dwg |
