FIELD: organic chemistry, lubricant materials. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a composition based on petroleum or synthetic oils comprising the following components, wt.-%: additive, 2-10, comprising aqua-dioxo-(salicylaldehyde-debenzoylhydrazonato-N,O)-molybdenum (VI) of the formula: taken in the amount 2-6; lactic acid (C3-C6)-alkyl ester taken in the amount 25-50, and phthalic acid dioctyl ester, the balance. The lubricant composition provides enhancing loading, anti-abrasive and anti-friction indices of oils.
