METHOD OF MANUFACTURE OF CERAMIC SHELL FOR CASTING WITH NARROW DEVELOPED INNER SPACES IN PROCESS OF CASING TO MODELS

FIELD: foundry. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes layer by layer application of binder to model and subsequent covering it with grainy material. Facing, intermediate and support zones are formed. Grainy refractory material is used for coating layers of facing and support zones. Organic quickly drying gluing solution is used as binder for intermediate zone layers, and grainy material burns out and escapes thanks to permeability of ceramic to gases. Grainy material remaining in unbound state compensates for thermal stresses appearing at cooling of casting. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of castings, reduced labor input in process. ^ 2 dwg
