FIELD: veterinary virology, biotechnology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the suggested vaccine contains avirulent and purified antigenic material out of strain A (Georgia) being homologous to infection agent 1999/N1721-DEP obtained in passaged cell culture VNK-21 being the suspension that contains, predominantly, 146S and 75S immunogenic components of foot-and-mouth disease virus, adjuvants aluminum hydroxide with saponin and maintenance medium in efficient ratios.
