FIELD: production of rubber articles from rubber mixtures for manufacture of frost-resistant shock-absorbing rail fasteners. ^ SUBSTANCE: rubber mixture is produced by mixing of butadiene- styrene rubber having 22-25 weight parts of styrene, and synthetic cis 1,4-polyisopropene rubber of curing group, consisting of sulfur, N-cyclohexyl-2-benzthiazolyl sulphenamide, melt of w, w'-hexachlorparaxylene in shielding wax and N, N'-dithiodimorpholine, zinc oxide, synthetic fatty acids of C17-C20 fraction, N-phenyl-N'-isopropyl-n-phenylenediamine, petroleum bitumen, kaolin, technical-grade carbon, age resistor and plasticizer. Mixture additionally contains divinyl rubber with cis 1,4 link content of from 85 to 95 wt%, Vaseline oil and polymerized 2,2,4-trimethyl 1,2-dihydroquinoline. ^ EFFECT: increased frost resistance and improved resistance to formation and development of cracks. ^ 3 tbl |
