摘要 FIELD: rubber industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to attaching acrylate rubber to metal during vulcanization and can be used in manufacture of general mechanical rubber goods (e.g. seals) for automobile industry operated under effects of air and working medium at elevated temperatures (gearset). Carcass is successively treated, in the first stage, with adhesive composition containing 2-5% aminopropyltriethoxysilane, 15-25% ethyl alcohol. And deionized water to 100%. In the second stage, treatment is effected with 0.2-0.4% aqueous solution of resorcinol-formaldehyde resin (SF-282) followed by drying at 100-150°C. Consumption of composition in the first and second stages of treatment of carcass achieves 60-80 ml/m2 for each stage. ^ EFFECT: increased strength of attachment. ^ 2 tbl
