The device has a thermocouple (8) producing electrical current, when the temperature difference between its hot and cold sides is between 90 and 150 degrees, to supply an electric motor. The cold side is in contact with the base of a fin tube heat exchanger. The exchanger has an inlet (11) and an outlet (13) for air repressed by a ventilator (12). The ventilator is assembled at the inlet, and surrounded by a shielding case. The hot side of the thermocouple (8) receives heat of from a circular plate (5) extended by a leg (6) for transferring heat coming from a burner (4).
