<p>The device has a sprayline divided into spans, where each span is supported by a tower. A disc (161) carries a series of holes or bumps (181) that are detected by a position detector (182) to allow a programmable microprocessor to control angular velocity of the sprayline, correct frequency of a variable frequency current generator and allows to know angular position of the sprayline based on time base. The towers have two wheels at their base driven by the moto-reducers. The generator supplies the moto-reducers in a manner that the end tower operates continuously.</p> |
