发明名称 Process for low temperature steam reforming of hydrocarbons
摘要 1,146,508. Making combustible gas. F. TODESLA. 4 April, 1966 [6 April, 1965], No. 14933/66. Heading C5E. Methane-rich gas is made by reacting hydrocarbons boiling up to 270‹ C. with steam at a temperature below 500‹ C. and at superatmospheric pressure in the presence of a nickelalumina-aluminium catalyst. The catalyst must comprise 10 to 60 wt. per cent alumina, 25 to 85 wt. per cent Ni, and a balance of not less than 5 wt. per cent aluminium, and the steam to hydrocarbon weight ratio must be in the range 1-25 to 2-5 to 1. Preferred reaction conditions are 370‹ to 430‹ C. and 15 to 30 atmospheres, and in specific catalysts the Ni content ranged from 43% to 55À4% and the Al content from 15À9% to 21À6%. The make gas may be passed over the same catalyst at below 370‹ C. to increase the methane content, or over a conventional methane-reforming catalyst at 660‹ to 680‹C. to produce a town's gas. Four specific examples are described using as hydrocarbon feed respectively commercial propane, n-hexane, a light naphtha, and a distillate oil.
