The beacon has a base (6) of flexible locking rings, and a cone with upper, middle and lower one third parts (1, 4, 5). The lower one third of the conical surface is perforated by openings separated by rigid ribs. A flexible peripheral sole (6-1) of the base has reduced thickness allowing the rings to act as a return spring in case of limited tilting. The lower side of the sole is in contact with the rough ground.
