The cart has a frame structure comprising a top part (1) and a bottom part (2). A folding base (3) of a bag is coupled to a lower area of the cart. A pair of front wheels (6) and a leg is coupled to the base. The front wheels are coupled to a pair of side bars (8) that joins by the ends in the folding base and the bottom part. The top part folds downward against the bottom part, in an unfolded position.
