<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a group supervisory operation control device of an elevator capable of reducing an operation burden of a using passenger, in a system for servicing an ordinary story capable of servicing the whole elevators and a step different story capable of servicing only a specific elevator. <P>SOLUTION: The inside of a car of the respective elevators is provided with a car call button 6 capable of registering a car call with the whole stories including the step different story respective set as an object story. When the object story in the step different story is designated by the car call button 6 in a car of the elevator capable of servicing only the ordinary story, among the specific elevators capable of servicing the step different story, the elevator on which arrival predicted time up to a transfer story is the nearest to arrival predicted time of the elevator of a transfer source, is designated as a transfer elevator.
