<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to achieving higher speed of paper processing by eliminating need of temporarily stopping carrying of the first sheet of paper of a subsequent bundle in a case where total of the number of sheets stored in a sub-storage part and the number of the last sheet of a sheet bundle is less than a totally carrying number of sheets that is preset. <P>SOLUTION: This device is provided with a stack part 30 to store paper P received in order from an image forming device 19 in a stacked state for post-processing, a paper retraction storage part 20 to temporarily retract the prescribed number of sheets of paper P directed to the stack part 30, and then make them follow subsequently fed sheets of paper P to be totally carried to the stack part 30, and a control part to carry out control for making the sheets of paper P less than the total carrying number to follow the temporarily retracted paper P stored in the paper retraction storage part 20 to be totally carried to the stack part 30 when the total number of the sheets of paper P stored in the paper retraction storage part 20 plus the last sheet P of the paper bundle Q is less than the total carrying number of sheets that is preset. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
