<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously establish mutual mechanical connections and electrical connections of a plurality of solar cell modules 1, and to improve workabilities of the solar cell modules 1 in a terminal box 2 for the solar cell module 1. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of male-female cylinders 21 and 22 outwardly projected on one straight line are distributed and mounted on one side and the other side of a box body 3 made of resin. Contacts 6 and 7 electrically connected to each terminal board 4a and 4b are distributed, stored and arranged in the cylinders 21 and 22, respectively. The two solar cell modules 1 are disposed in a cross-arranging manner, and the male cylinder 21 or the female cylinder 22 for the terminal box 2 secured on one solar cell module 1 side and the female cylinder 22 or the male cylinder 21 for the terminal box 2 secured on the other solar cell module 1 side are fitted directly or indirectly and connected mechanically.
