PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for objectively selecting the optimal golf club for each golfer.

SOLUTION: In the method for analyzing the golf swing and selecting a golf club according to the golf swing, swing information including the velocity of a grip end of the golf club in an impact state directly before hitting a golf ball is obtained, the optimal golf club for the golf swing is selected based on the obtained swing information.
