<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for supplying lubricant in cold rolling of metal plates, which method can cope with a plurality of material properties of the metal plates without being restricted by a lubricant supplying device and a lubrication control method. <P>SOLUTION: Two or more kinds of lubricants A, B having different compositions are individually stored in tanks respectively. One or more kinds of the stored two or more kinds of lubricants A, B are selected and mixed according to the frictional coefficients between a rolling material and a work roll.
