<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a TV game device which can visually and effectively ostentatiously display a player's ability to the other player. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 20 downloads a game record from a server 14 and a sticker generation section 20c generates a sticker from the game record. A game record display control section 20b demonstratively displays game record stickers of one's own vehicle and an opponent's vehicle. After a race, the game device updates the game records in accordance with a win or a loss and uploads to the server 14.
