PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a solenoid valve at lower cost when connecting a member formed of aluminum-base such as a sleeve to a member formed of an iron-based molten metal such as a solenoid case.
SOLUTION: In a connecting method of an iron-based member (a first yoke 15) formed of the iron-based material and having a cylindrical portion to an aluminum-based member (a sleeve 11) formed on the inner side of the cylindrical portion of the iron-based member in an overlapping manner and having a cylindrical or columnar portion, a groove 11d is formed in the cylindrical or columnar portion of the aluminum-based member, the cylindrical or columnar portion of the aluminum-based member is inserted in an overlapping manner into the inner side of the cylindrical portion of the iron-based member, and an overlapping portion of the iron-based member is melted in a situation that the groove is located below the overlapping portion of the iron-based member. The overlapping portion of the molten iron-based member flows into the groove of the aluminum-based member, and is solidified there. In the solidified state, the aluminum-based member is not detached from the iron-based member due to interference with the groove. Thus, the aluminum-based member is connected to the iron-based member.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
|
